How much is delivery?
Northern Ireland delivery is £5, and free on orders over £60. Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is £9.95, and free on orders over £150. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £10, and free on orders over £150. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.
Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
Yes. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland as well as Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the rest of the UK. Choose Ireland at checkout and the delivery cost is worked out for you.
Which till roll size do I need?
Most card machines take 57 x 40mm or 57 x 30mm rolls. Most EPOS receipt printers take 80 x 80mm thermal rolls. Kitchen printers that use an ink ribbon need 76 x 76mm plain paper rolls, in 1, 2 or 3 ply. Not sure? Call 028 9099 1221 and tell us your printer model.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices include UK VAT at 20%. The price without VAT is shown under every price, so you can see the cost for your business at a glance.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Till rolls, ribbons and other consumables are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Printed cards take 2 to 3 working days. EPOS hardware is set up for you before dispatch, and we confirm the lead time when you order.
Who supports the hardware?
EPOS NI, part of BRISK Technology, supplies and supports the hardware we sell. Call 028 9099 1221 or email shop@wearebrisk.com. Hardware comes with up to 3 years' warranty, depending on the product.
